Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats*
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions:

  1. Mash banana in a mixing bowl, then mix in all other ingredients. Stir and mix thoroughly.
  2. Leave mixture in fridge for about 30 minutes to cool so it's easier to roll into balls.
  3. Roll mixture into balls of desired size.
*Rolled oats can be used instead of quick oats if you prefer more texture. I like to use a mix of both - 1/2 cup quick oats with 1/2 cup rolled oats.
