Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick oats*
- 1 large banana
- 2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions:
- Mash banana in a mixing bowl, then mix in all other ingredients. Stir and mix thoroughly.
- Leave mixture in fridge for about 30 minutes to cool so it's easier to roll into balls.
- Roll mixture into balls of desired size.
